Conditions:
Due to the ongoing efforts of AbookZ to improve this web-site and its associated services, AbookZ will amend this Viewer Agreement when necessary and notified to do so, by posting the amendments on the Viewer Agreement Updates web-site ) . Except as stated below, all new or amended conditions, policies, and terms shall be posted (on this Updated Viewer Agreement) and effective no more than thirty (30) days after they are initially received. You acknowledge that such posting(s) shall constitute adequate notice to you, and that you shall be deemed to have accepted such original, new or amended information unless you notify AbookZ of your termination of this Viewer Agreement within thirty (30) days after the posting date of such new or amended conditions, policies and terms. AbookZ reserves the right to invoke prosecution for any illegal activity or material. You are of an adult age in the country you reside to hear or view explicit content. Termination without warning or limiting any other remedies, AbookZ may suspend accounts or terminate Agreements if AbookZ decides so, for whatever the reason may be without a written explanation, especially if: (a) you have engaged in any fraudulent, plagiarism or illegal activity in connection with ("the web-site"), (b) you have breached this Viewer Agreement (c) AbookZ is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, or (d) your actions may cause any liability for members, registrants or users, or AbookZ, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents. Such termination shall be effective immediately upon notice to you, which notice may be delivered by mail, electronic mail or verbally. Your obligation to provide AbookZ with the reports and copies/duplicates of agreements, as provided for in Section 11 above, shall outlast any termination. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, interpret or describe the scope or extent of this section. No delay by a person/persons in enforcing any provision of this Viewer Agreement or any right herein shall be interpreted as a waiver of such provision or right, and no waiver of any provision or right on any occasion or with respect to any breach shall be interpreted as a waiver of such provision or right on any other occasion or with respect to any other breach. No party may assign this Viewer Agreement in connection with a sale, service or all of the assets or equity to which this Viewer Agreement relates without the express written consent of AbookZ . Any attempt to assign this Viewer Agreement shall be null, unless expressly permitted herein. This Viewer Agreement shall be binding on, and inure to the benefit of, a person/persons permitted successors and assigns. Neither person/persons shall be deemed in default hereunder, nor shall it hold the other person/persons responsible for, any cessation, delay or interruption in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to: earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of God, labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict or the inability to obtain sufficient material, supplies, labor, transportation, power or other essential commodity or service required in the conduct of its business, including Internet access, or any change in or the adoption of any law, ordinance, rule, regulation, order, judgment or decree. This Viewer Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and AbookZ with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understanding, representation, or agreement. AbookZ retains all rights, title and interest in and to this web-site and services provided hereunder.

Policies:
Any claim or controversy developed out of or relating to this Viewer Agreement or AbookZ shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association or necessary Arbitration Association. Any such claim or controversy shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance to CRTC and FCC regulations as well as the Telecommunications Act, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction over a party. AbookZ may seek an injunction or any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction necessary to protect associates and all the employees of AbookZ rights or property pending the completion of arbitration.

AbookZ employees are or were members/students of reputable education facilities and/or hold certifications and/or degrees in field positions.

Privacy:
AbookZ holds all client information in the strictest of confidentiality.

Procedures:
Hosting and registration requires user name and password.

Regulations:
All activity conducted by AbookZ must be authorized by the president of AbookZ to be legitimate .

Restrictions:
AbookZ and/or affiliates reserve the right to discontinue business, guarantees and service(s) with any client(s) without warning due to illegal activity performed with equipment or by client(s).

AbookZ reserves the right to revoke any client(s) without given reason due to any irregular activity thought to occur via prospective client(s).

Terms:
User name and password authentication required, for access to adult themes and non-public areas. User name and password not required for access, excluding adult themes, non-public and private.

Warnings:
False representations and/or misrepresentations such as copyright infringement, fraud and plagiarism are/is punishable by federal law to the full extent of thirty (30) years in prison (or longer) and/or a $1,000,000 US currency fine (or more).
